FAB DCC Branch, Customer care team. Why you keep your clients waiting. You have 5 stations, but only 1 is assisting the clients. I hope you will improve your service specially this time of pandemic. Do not keep your clients waiting for a long time. The one in station no.5 even entertain another client that he personally know, even without a queue. Weve been waiting for almost an hour in queue. Very bad service!!!

Very unhelpful people at the branch. Rude behaviour of staff when service. Simply sitting idle and chat but dont serve the customers. Nobody at the branch but still token doesnt move even though 3 FAB employees on counters and more than 20mins. staff capable only of chatting and disrespecting customer time.

THE WORST ATM MACHINE (ATM MACHINE NUMBER 7661) THEY CAPTURE MY CARD AGAIN AND AGAIN, AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR REPLACEMENT TO AL ANSARI EXCHANGE FOR A NEW CARD YOU NEED TO PAY THEM (26.25AED), AND WHEN YOU WANT TO COLLECT YOUR SALARY MONEY BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SEND MONEY AT YOUR COUNTY YOU NEED TO WAIT THEIR APPROVAL LETTER AND YOU NEED TO PAY AGAIN AND AGAIN, IT WILL COST 26AED FOR COLLECTING YOUR MONEY FROM FAB, AND THE WORST CASE IS THEY PUT IN THEIR REPORT THAT YOU LOST YOUR CARD 🤬🤬🤬.LIKE ITS YOUR MISTAKE 🙄🙄🙄.YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. I was a little paranoid after reading the previous reviews for this branch, but the service did not turn out to be half as bad. But the problem is with FAB Bank itself. Extremely poor banking services. I wanted to change the email ID but even after a week of registering the request, no update from the bank yet.

Worst experience always in this branch. Inspite of the the fact I am an elite customer I was waiting today more than 25 minutes and still waiting for the manager who was not in the branch to approve cash withdrawal. They have always problems. Last time I was updating my data and they misspelled my e mail. I was not aware of this. I discovered later and I have to come to the branch one more time to correct this. This branch needs attention from the high admin

The worst experience that I ever got in a bank agency at my whole life. None of my questions were answered. They concluded the service which I didnt want, all on the contrary of my will and under a very unclear explanation. Simply horrible!! I am not going to put even a single penny into this account, which I dont want.

Been there a couple of time. Here is my review:1. As longs as you have a non-human interaction, you are good. Involve just a single person and you feel that they give ZERO importance to customers.2. The guard outside is the same handling the reception, and is SO professional that he will tell you the farthest possible branch to get your work done (sarcasm).3. They dont provide basic services such as depositing another banks cheque to your account.4. Manager and checker cant help with currency denomination conversion for customers, outside parties is far from question. (I wanted to convert smaller denominations to larger ones).5. It has been several months since merger of NBAD and FGB into FAB. But FGB customers arent welcome. (Good for them).In short, if you need any service where human interaction is involved, dont bother to come. Youll be disappointed.

I go to different branches to encash cheques and I know each bank follows different policies. My visa has been renewed and I am waiting for my emirates ID. I have copy of registration form in my phone and for the past few months I normally just show it to the bank teller and they make a copy of my passport when I encash cheques.Last week I got back my passport with the new visa stamp. I am here to encash cheques but the policy in your branch is to provide a copy of the registration form. My new visa is already stamped on my passport I dont get the purpose of asking hard copy for registration form.Ive been doing this for months since my previous contract expired and corona happened.We are adapting to the new normal but you also have to make sure it is convenient for your clients. We embrace the changes for the past months but make sure to simplify your process.

Cant say anymore than worst of worst. Worst customer services, no service mind and no information. No need to open the branch only machines are enough because it is the same quality. Branch cannot do anything even giving the right information. Machines serve you better than staff. Useless and waste of time to visit the branch. Poor quality as the same as their representative.

Very bad customer service. Always there will be a Big Q...Only two people working at the customer service. you need to be ready to wait more than 1 hour. I applied for a letter. It should receive with in 1 week. But it took 22 days...four times i called customer service and complained. They send email to the branch and i officially registered a complaint. After registering the complaint also, there was no responds. and after 22 days i got a message saying that, your letter is ready. and my complaint is closed. Again i called customer service because, I want to know. what was the reason for this delay. But they told me, the issue is solved and complaint was closed. . How someone can close a complaint without a conclusion. ? these all called a very bad customer service.

After merger , i find FAB as the worst bank i dealt with,. However , i had to appreciate the branch manager of deira branch who extended helps directly and trying to improve the system. Hope that the new generation managers will change the current model.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. It took 3 hrs to wait to get my token called. Employees are irresponsible and no one there to mange them. None of the customer service counter function with staff. I got my issue too complicated by the staff since they don’t know what exactly needs to do. They are simply avoiding customer by doing something for namesake.

Worst bank ever. I regret to open my account there. Do not advise you to cooperate with them if you want to avoid inconveniences.For almost three years only problems and no solution. This bank should either educate employees or replace them with machines. System is awful, support is helpless, customer needs to resolve bank problems himself. It is time to close an account and shift to competitors who offer better customer approach.

Very bad experience here. Response time is very high. Token system seems to be not working. You have to approach the officers directly if things has to be done. Because they will be always busy with their personal things. They are not interested in customers. The negative comments shown here is absolutely correct.

A true example of bad customer service! There is an Egyptian guy there who talked to me as if I were nothing just because I am Syrian! I know that the limitation on my nationality is from Ministry of Finance but he should have been taught how to inform clients respectfully that there is a LONGER process due certain concerns and that it might be approved or rejected at the end! Although I called the call center who told me you can just go and you will get it right away !

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.Extremely poor customer service even as an Elite Gold customer with them!!! Very high interest base rate 8.5%, commercial 9.75%, MBR 5.75%. No transparency on how FAB1 is calculating these rates and they will change it without informing the customer!!! Takes ages to get liability letter or loan settlement, or even clearance cert. No professionalism, no clear time line for service and no commitment to deliver a service. Save your time, your health, your money and stay away from this FAB1 bank.

The baddest customer service Ive ever experienced in my whole entire life specially to Mr. Osama! Ive arrived at this branch and found only 2 is on duty which suppose to be there is 4 personnel for retail and sales. The more bad of this is 1 only is available. I went to the one who marked his counter as close which it looks he is not even busy. He is busy with his personal life and past me to other counter which is Mr. Osama. I went with him while serving one customer and patiently wait for my turn. When that customer is done with him I went to go for my turn. Osama told me to wait for my token number even its very obvious that no one is waiting because Im the only customer whos left. Ive wait for almost 30 minutes. He had time to chat o n his phone, chatting and laughing with his colleague but he doesnt has time to the customer who is waiting in front of him. One lady which I think is from Africa talked to me and told that my case is only by call center. I came to dispute some amount that the bank captured of my account. I was already at the bank then she wants me to deal with the call center of the bank. Im very disappointed to the customer service of this branch. When I try to search for the location of this bank, I read a lot of negative comments about customer service also. And I think my experience can tell that all comments are true.

Waited since 1154 am and till now, 1328 still waiting for the customer service to attend to me. I have queue no U025. When I came, one of the counter showing U017. Till now after more than 1 hour, still showing the same number but a few customer already come and go. No wonder FAB has a very bad reviews interm of its customer service. Its wasted your time and emotion to deal with them.

There is too long of a waiting time in this branch, only 2 counters are serving costumers out of 5 counters. To make it worse, there are always no employees on the other 3 desks..... I spent 40 minutes before I was told I have to wait for another 20 minutes! If you have car, please avoid this branch!

أتعس فرع لهذا البنك مضيعة للوقت ونظام عمل لا يخدم المراجعين بتعقيدات كثيرةلايفضل بزيارته فمواقيت عملهم لا تناسب المراجعين خصوصا الذين لديهم عمل ودوام الكاشير هنا يفتح بعد 2والموظف الخاص لخدمة الدرهم الإلكتروني دوامه فقط من 4 الى 7لديهم مشكلة في مواقيت العمل وتخصيص الموظفين وقلة موظفين لتخفيض النفقات التي بالتالي يدفعها المراجع الذي يهدر وقته أكثر من اللازم
